Accommodations - Accommodations are based on customer selection in standard class, first class and luxury class. Classification is based on international rating systems. All hotels have private baths and most are equipped with air-conditioning. When visiting remote areas, we will use the best available facilities and advise clients when air-conditioning is not available. Hotel prices are based on single and double occupancy as required. Triple occupancy is available in some areas.

Air Transportation - Airfares used are based on current rates. If required, we will arrange the best priced airfare available in the class category you request at the time of your reservation. All airfares are subject to certain restrictions and cancellation penalties will apply. All airfares are subject to change without prior notice.

Baggage - Standard international baggage allowance is 44 pounds per person. Some short-haul flights within Southeast Asia have baggage limitations and over weight fees are to be paid by the traveler. Checked baggage is at the owners risk and travel insurance is strongly recommended. Carry-on luggage should be easily maneuverable and always stowed under your seat or over-head bin during take-off and landing. We strongly suggest that for your own comfort you travel as lightly as possible.

Ground Transportation - Ground Transportation is provided by air-conditioned car, van, mini-bus, or deluxe motor coach. All transfers and sightseeing include a driver and a government licensed English speaking guide. All entrance fees for temples, palaces, etc. are included. Please note that travelers to remote destinations may be subject to vehicles without air-conditioning.

Meals - Meals are included as indicated by B=breakfast, L= lunch and D=dinner on your travel program. Breakfasts are taken at the hotels and lunch and dinners are taken at local restaurants while sightseeing. Soft drinks and alcohol are not included with meals.

Gratuities - Basic gratuities are included for services provided in your travel program, except for services of a personal nature. Tipping of local guides is customary and is not included in the program price unless otherwise indicated. All hotel tax and service charges are always included in the program price.

Visas - All travelers must be in possession of a passport with validity of six months from date of entry into each country. Visas are required for American citizens who travel to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Burma. Travelers staying in Thailand for more than 30 days are required to be in possession of a transit visa. Innovasian Travel, Inc. will assist travelers in obtaining visas in conjunction with purchased travel arrangements, but it is the sole responsibility of the traveler to arrange for this service. Requirements for travelers other than American citizens may vary.

Medical Information - No immunizations are required for entry to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Burma, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong or Singapore unless coming from infected areas. Please consult your physician or the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia at (404) 332-4559 for medical advice. Registration - A deposit of $500.00 per person is required at the time of your reservation.. Medical hospitalization or evacuation costs as the result of injury or death are not included. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Registration - A deposit of $250 for single country programs and $500 for multiple country programs is required, per person, at the time of your reservation. The remainder of the cost of your trip is due 45 days prior to your departure. For those reservations made within 45 days, the entire cost of your trip is required immediately. Payment may be made by check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Cancellations - All cancellation and refund requests are required in writing. Cancellation requests received more than 45 days before the scheduled program is to begin will be subject to a $100 per person handling fee; 45-28 days, $250 per person; 28-7 days, $500 per person; Less than 7 days, 100% of program cost. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after commencement of the travel program. In addition, no refunds will be issued for early termination or voluntary absence of the travel program. Trip cancellation, baggage, health and accident insurance is available and highly recommended.
